If you opt in, you may receive text messages related to leasing inquiries, tour scheduling, availability, pricing, eligibility updates, application assistance, appointment reminders, and other service-related communications. Where separately authorized, you may also receive marketing messages.
Participation in the SMS program is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, you must opt in again through the original method.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
